Common Ways to Have Sales Tax Nexus in Arkansas

1. Economic nexus in Arkansas

If you made $100,000 of sales in Arkansas or 200 transactions in a year, then you are required to register for, collect, and pay sales tax to the state. Do You Need a Sales Tax Permit in Arkansas If You Only Sell on Marketplaces?
